where Sparsh Darshan Allowed :-

Kedarnath Jyotirlinga: Sparsh Darshan is allowed
during the morning hours (before the Shringar), but it depends heavily on the
crowd. Time 4.00am to 12.00pm

Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga: Sparsh Darshan is
allowed during certain slots (like after Mangala Aarti or specific
"Sparsh" timings).Timing 4.00am to 5.00 am & 4.00pm to 5.00pm

Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga: Known as the most
accessible for Sparsh Darshan. Devotees can usually touch the Lingam throughout
the day during general darshan hours except during Sawan.

Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga: You can perform Sparsh
Darshan by purchasing a specific Sparsha Darshanam ticket (approx. ₹500).
Traditional dress is mandatory. Timing: 7.30 am to 9.30am, 11.45am to 1.30pm,
8.30pm to 10.00pm

Nageshwar Jyotirlinga: Generally allows devotees
to enter the sanctum and perform Sparsh Darshan. There is usually a traditional
dress code (Dhoti for men) if you wish to perform a personal Abhishek. Timing
6.00am to 11.00am

Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga: Generally allowed, but
frequently suspended during the month of Shravan or on weekends due to the
narrowness of the temple. Time 4.00am to 6.00am, 12pm to 1pm, 4.00pm to 5.00pm
7. Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga: This temple is unique because it follows traditional rules. Men must remove their shirts/vests to enter the inner sanctum (Garbhagriha) and touch the Lingam. It is one of the few places where Sparsh Darshan is free and open to all. Time 5.30am to 11.00am, 3.00pm to 09.30pm
